  • Set the main fundamentals of the internal audit function in Aspire zone foundation including for example but not limited to: Developing the Internal Audit Charter which lays out the function’s goals and delineates the function’s authority and responsibilities and reflects the priorities of senior management, Developing Internal Audit Policy and Procedures Manual and built the strategic internal audit plan based on risk assessment exercise.
  • Effectively assesses capabilities and needs of internal audit team members and monitor workloads; adjust and redistributes internal audit assignments accordingly to promote work/life quality.
  • Provided job opportunities for Qatari nationals to join Aspire’s Internal Audit Department, Identifying and nurturing their talents and skills through providing.
